Designation - Accounts Executive

Job Description:
*Daily accounting of transactions: invoice booking, petty cash, payments, receipts, expenses, bank transfers, etc.
*Day to day coordination with bank for balances, cheque clearing, NEFT, RTGS and Bank Reconciliation.
*Verifying expense claims and settlement of advances of staff.
*Sound knowledge of statutory compliance i.e: GST, E-TDS (E-Return Filing), VAT, CST, Custom Duty and Income Tax.
*Filing of accounting vouchers and related documents.
*Providing input to internal/external auditors and solving their queries.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in commerce
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of accounts
- Command over accounting software, Tally ERP and MS-office and other basic computer applications with good communication skills and accounting knowledge
- Should be self motivated with a strong desire to learn and should have ability to work in team.
